Geschichte Intro Quality over quantity – the guiding principle of our company founder, Christian Eschler, still underpins all we do here today at Eschler Textil GmbH. In our everyday work, this means we manufacture innovative, high-quality knitted fabrics, not your average, mass-produced goods.

From our origins as a traditional circular knitting business, we have grown into a pioneering textile company developing customer-specific solutions for technical applications. And throughout, traditional values have remained the foundation for our sustainable, innovative development.

Establishment of a mechanical circular knitting plant by Christian Eschler in St.Gallen/CH.

1966

Foundation of Eschler Textil GmbH in Tailfingen, production of knitted fabrics for lingerie.
